Day 164 CW- 88.1 kg ( 193.8 lbs)
Day 156 CW- 83.1 kg (182.82 lbs
Goal Weight - 65 kg (143 lbs)
Days 230 (Jan 1 2012)
Okay so lately I have been struggling on the whole calorie counting and how to lose weight sufficiently. I read all these things about eating less and working out more but how much calories should I be consuming and how much should I be burning??? to lose weight?? if any one can break these down for me and make easy to understand that will be absolutely helpful!!!!!!!!
